Mary Catherine McCarthy is an award-winning interior designer with over 25 years of experience and is the founder of Mary Catherine McCarthy, LLC.  Her designs have been featured in Design New Jersey, Spring Lake Magazine, Monmouth Magazine, Gloria Nilson Magazine, The Steinway Owners Magazine, The Coast Star and The Ocean Star. Mary Catherine McCarthy, LLC is a full service interior design firm based in Monmouth County, New Jersey providing residential and commercial services. This includes design solutions tailored to clients needs and budget. She handles simple projects to larger scale renovations. She also does design trend lectures for Toll Brothers.  Mary Catherine draws inspiration from her previous experience designing showrooms, displays and windows for retail brands and department stores in New York and Italy.  Prior to founding her firm in 1990, she was creative director for E.T. Cranston (formerly Almax International), a leading provider of showrooms, fixtures and mannequins for luxury fashion brands. She also worked as the Head of  Visual Marketing for Ormond Shops' chain of over 200 stores.  Mary Catherine is actively involved in her local community at the Jersey Shore. She previously served on the board of the Guild of Ocean Medical Center & Epiphany House, a shelter for women and children located in Asbury Park. She is currently a member of the Brielle Women's Club. She holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College.
